Ate nothing but healthy today. Well, healthier than normal.
Breakfast: A banana, cup of coffee w/milk?
- gotta eat more for breakfast…
Lunch: A seafood salad consisting of lettuce, grated carrot, cucumber, 3 olives, seafood mix, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a tomato, and a bit of salt and pepper
- Pretty happy with this, though I was struggling to eat it all! It was nice though..maybe next time just have a smaller plate rather than a big bowl.
Snacks: A banana and pear
Dinner: Roast chicken sandwich w/ 2 slices of brown seeded bread (toasted & with mayo)
3 roast potatoes
Broccoli
Carrots
Gravy
- shouldn’t of really had the bread and mayo with this but I ate it all! I was hungryyy. Maybe balance out lunch and dinner better.
Drinks: Fruit/herbal teas, exotic fruit juice and a lot of water.
Andddddd I went for a run/walk for the first time in ages -
I ran 1.50miles burnt around 158cals in 23.49mins.
Also, I resisted the dreaded Kinder Bueno that kept staring at me every time I entered the kitchen. Among Pringles, sweet things in the supermarket like cupcakes, etcetc
Weird looking at all really. It’s a start.
